Final Thoughts

You now know what Google Business Profile management looks like when it is treated as a proper agency service rather than a collection of jobs that somebody has to remember to do. You know what needs managing, why the work continues month after month and, most importantly, how to bring that work together into a repeatable process that can grow with your agency.

That is what the GBP Loop gives you. It takes something that can easily become messy as more clients are added and turns it into a management framework your whole agency can follow. Instead of every new client bringing another slightly different way of working, you have a process that can be repeated, delegated and improved. The work becomes easier to organise, your team has a clearer idea of what needs to happen next, and you can start separating the things that genuinely need human judgement from the repetitive work that can be systemised or automated.

That creates an opportunity that is much bigger than saving a few hours each month. It gives you the foundations of a recurring service that can become easier to deliver as you get better at it. You can bring more clients into the same process without adding the same amount of admin, give new members of your team a system they can understand and create more capacity without allowing the workload to grow at the same rate as the revenue.

And that is where this becomes interesting for an agency owner.

If you can manage five clients consistently, you have a process. If that same process can work for twenty, fifty or a hundred clients, you have something much more valuable. You have a service that can generate recurring revenue, support better margins and become a meaningful part of the agency you are building.

The next step is to start using it.

Take the profiles you already manage and run the GBP Loop. Look at where the gaps are, what keeps getting missed and where your team is spending time doing the same work again and again. Get the process working consistently, then improve it. Delegate what can be delegated. Systemise what can be systemised. Automate what makes sense to automate, and keep your people focused on the parts where their judgement, knowledge and experience actually make a difference.

That is also why we built GBPly.

The GBP Loop is the method. GBPly is the system built to run it. It brings the different parts of Google Business Profile management together so agencies can see what needs doing, keep the work moving and manage that process across an entire client base. If you have reached the end of this book thinking that the GBP Loop makes sense for your agency and you would like to see what it looks like when the software is built around the same way of working, you can find it at gbply.net.

There is another option too. You can talk to me.

I deliberately keep some space in my calendar for conversations with agency owners, marketers and people who are building businesses. I do that because I enjoy them. I might spend thirty minutes helping somebody think through a problem they are having with Google Business Profile management, and almost invariably I will learn something from the conversation as well. Different agencies have different clients, different problems and different ways of working, and those conversations have always been part of how I learn, improve and work out what needs building next.

So if you have finished this book with a question, an idea or something you want to talk through, get in touch. The same applies if you would like me to speak at an event, join you on a podcast, come onto your YouTube channel or webinar, talk to your agency community, or have a conversation about the GBP Loop, GBPly, Google Business Profile management or building recurring services inside an agency.

You can reach me at me@mikemartin.uk, or find me at mikemartin.uk.

The important thing, though, is what you do next.

You have the framework. You understand the process. You know how the individual pieces fit together and why consistency is what keeps the whole thing moving. You do not need to wait until you have the perfect team, the perfect systems or fifty clients before you start using it. Start with the profiles you manage today, put the framework into practice and improve the way you run it as you grow.

Because the real value of the GBP Loop is not what you have just read.

It is what you build with it.
